However, due to restrictive spam filters,
you may not receive all the e-mails you need,
such as important communications from us about
your order or account. These messages may end up in your bulk
or junk folder or not get delivered at all.
- Do not use the "spam," "bulk" or "junk mail" buttons to delete vital messages from us. If this happens too often, your mail service may decide all vital SDS Global e-mails are indeed spam and you'll stop receiving them.
- Check your "bulk" or "junk" folder regularly for vital e-mails from us. If you find a vital message from us in that folder, be sure to classify it as "not spam" or "not junk." Add our e-mail addresses ( email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org) to your address book or "safe sender" list.
