Q. How do I return the product?
A. Please fill out the form on our website or email us at support@hdwise.com to request a Return Merchandise Authodization (RMA) number. Do NOT return your item without an RMA, your package will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. Please, allow 2 business days for your RMA to be issued. Your RMA number will be emailed to you together with detailed instructions on how to return your purchase. Please, follow the instructions carefully. For more information please refer to our Return Policy page. A. Here is our Return Policy 1. All merchandise being returned must be approved in advance by HDWise.com. Customers have 30 days from the order shipping date to return items for credit or replacement without restocking fee. 2. Once return has been approved, customer will be issued a RMA number via email, which MUST be included with product when returned. Please make sure RMA number is marked on the outside of the box as well as paper work included inside the box. Failure to do so may result in refusal of return or up to 30% restocking fee. 3. All items must be shipped within 10 days of RMA being issued. 4. Return items via UPS or Fed Ex for tracking purposes. Customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns. 5.
