Shipping and Handling
We use UPS and USPS shipping service.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.hdwise.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method).

Shipping costs depend on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs for orders placed on our site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

48 Contiguous United States

  • Ground , (6-10 business 1 days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 business days.
  • Third Day, (3-4 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days.
  • Second Day, (2-3 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight, (1-2 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Freight, (7-14 business days). Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

  • All shipping addresses must be verified or we will not be able to process the order. Verified address must be listed with the credit card company or listed in the phone book.
  • If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please enter the phone number for the shipping address.
  • When shipping to a business location, please provide the name and the listed phone number of the company for verification purposes.
  • We do not ship to addresses with unpublished phone numbers unless the address is listed with the credit card as either the billing or alternate shipping address.
  • If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email 2. Please make sure that your email address is valid and entered correctly, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your messages.
  • Customer can request a signature upon delivery for additional charge.
  • All orders shipping to an address with an unlisted phone number may take an extra 1 or 2 days to process.
  • If the order has been returned to us by the shipper for the reason “sent to an undeliverable address” you will be charged $15.00 toward covering expenses to ship the package back to us. And you will have to pay shipping cost again to ship the order to your confirmed address. 
  • All orders except for overnight, second and third day shipping will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Overnight, second and third day shipping orders will be processed within 24 hours.
  • International customers take responsibility to pay charges for duties and taxes in the country of destination. For more information please contact your local customs office and other government bodies.
  • Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven business days.

Larger and heavier items can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. Please keep in mind that freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Therefore, we recommend that you have someone to help you unload the item.

Some items cannot be shipped internationally. Please contact us at service@hdwise.com or use Live Chat (right top corner) prior to placing order for international delivery.

2Avoid the Risks of Undelivered E-mail
No one likes getting junk (or spam) e-mail. However, due to restrictive spam filters, you may not receive all the e-mails you need, such as important communications from us about your order or account. These messages may end up in your bulk or junk folder or not get delivered at all.
Ensure You Receive Important E-mails from Us

  • Do not use the "spam," "bulk" or "junk mail" buttons to delete vital messages from us. If this happens too often, your mail service may decide all vital HDWise e-mails are indeed spam and you'll stop receiving them.
  • Check your "bulk" or "junk" folder regularly for vital e-mails from us. If you find a vital message from us in that folder, be sure to classify it as "not spam" or "not junk." Add our e-mail addresses ( sales@hdwise.com & service@hdwise.com) to your address book or "safe sender" list.
